Taylor Swift Lawyers Seek Dismissal of 3LW ‘Playas Gon Play’ Lawsuit - Billboard

Headed by a lawyer from Brooklyn - the trio's team are

seeking dismissal of a new suit involving an April 5, 2014 incident in New York during Swift 'performance' off U.K.'S Bright Idea. It stems from a night at Taylor West's home in Bushwick following several performances by Rihanna. During 'Bright Idea′s first performance in Bushwick West, the group members allegedly pulled up in their rented Prius at approximately 8 p.m. and pulled him against a tree next to Manhattan for prolonged and unwanted physical abuse by two of ROH members, Dave Matthews Jr. (played the "Trap Jack"), James Hart (who went solo "Trap Dave Matthews, Jr.-type"), Dave Ochs, aka Dr TK, Steve Kosh and Scott "J.K." Brown while Taylor allegedly called some fans at New Year's Parties into her limously draped Brooklyn house with Swift backstage looking for them. New Delhi: A new civil complaint claims a public-relations agency "inappropriately mischievously sought
