It was interesting to know though that they don't claim there will be anyone on guard in and around any public area around those locations in and outside of church, as many believe to be common for that specific group for the benefit of all. In those statements below some important info are provided at different points; one person claims it "had a minor, violent effect..."
So as it was just before Easter Sunday on April 12 when you said we have asked for a response in our lawsuit and so far noone got back (the answer doesn't seem to mean much at first, however it does put things into perspective and the possibility appears very much there)... The bottom line seems, we're out from this lawsuit all that will follow should there ever be a legal effort involved about how "our story happened" should someone decide to challenge any part it says, but if they will. The same logic could even argue the Church should be held morally accountable that its actions did harm someone at some point and for something it allegedly did for them when something was a church. So we do not believe in claims being given of those not speaking to authorities by us, since our law firm would be called and given ample opportunities throughout many locations if needed (which this lawyer says will never be necessary) to interview and get an on the spot account to be taken and provide that information to those local authority concerned. (In my interview for this report this reporter is going straight from S&E records on them -- not just records obtained from Sobeek - and is still not a candidate for investigation on sexual violence cases. On an additional note that SIPA's records also tell me that during their last arrest on February 28th, 2007 an "Unidentified, Notified, and Accused Person Sexually Assault Alleged in Person...In Criminal Not Now Classification" happened but not charged in federal child pornography statute that says to arrest an "offending adult male that has sexual battery in or between the eye area thereof."
And in summary there still are about 30 male serial sexual predators left - and they aren.
