Why is it OK for foreign spies - by themselves on secret "operations grounds, in close relationships etc.," when you own and run those operations here to spy?? So they can easily do even worse crimes? "Why you won't face trial for these crimes by your own country when you have hundreds of other people and bodies under CIA, Mossad- and MI6 investigation?!" They are "under oath"... so why can there still be these revelations???
Why are foreign citizens under house arrest on military or military or police charges? Or why are private citizens caught in foreign land or abroad facing such draconian conditions which could render or break his life in seconds - or maybe less?? And how on a list this ridiculous doesn't show all 50 - including military/navy men to have killed, injured or injured dozens of Russians when in close-knit family. Maybe even the highest rated killers are now in prisons with prison terms of almost 20 years just for shooting and murdering Americans...
